Chris Moyles 90s Hangover: Portsmouth Guildhall – 17th January 2026

If there’s one thing that event organisers know, it’s that nostalgia sells. Nineties nostalgia is especially hot at the moment and there is a very good reason for that: because the nineties were amazing!

Those who were there will remember it for some of the era defining music that hit the charts, and on the 17th of January the Portsmouth Guildhall will be playing the biggest hits of the decade. That’s because Chris Moyles 90s Hangover is taking place, and it’s going to be a night to remember – if you can remember anything at all the next morning, that is.

The evening is hosted by none other than Chris Moyles of Radio 1 fame. He might have made his name in the 2000s, but he was most definitely around in the 1990s, enjoying the scene and climbing the ranks, and no one knows 90s music better than Moyles. He will be full of his trademark charisma and possibly a few surprises too.

This one is going to be so much fun.

What to Expect

For a very reasonable ticket price of £34.35 (which includes fees), you can dance the night away to hits like:

  • Park Life
  • I Like to Move It
  • The Day We Caught the Train
  • Freed From Desire
  • S Club Party
  • Mr Lover Man
  • What is Love
  • Truly Madly Deeply
  • Hey Boy Hey Girl
  • Common People
  • Sing It Back
  • Rhythm is a Dancer
  • Insomnia
  • Song 2
  • Roll With It

This is just a snapshot, and as you can see, it’s about 90s hits of all music genres, from bubble-gum pop to dance and rave anthems. The whole thing is like one big party, with plenty of space to dance, chill, bar areas, etc. It might feel a bit like time travel.

Oh, and you should probably expect to have a headache the next day, too.
